how to change rear wheel studs

Has anyone hear ever changed rear wheel studs on 79 vette,do i have to take rotors off,or can i pound them out on car,Thanks gkeats@shaw.ca

Your studs are pressed into the spindle, so, yes, you'll have to take your rotors off and it would give you an opportunity to check your parking brakes. You can buy new studs from just about any Vette parts supplier.
