well i dont know which is better so any advice would be welcome. ohh and also how hard would it be to do it myself?? thanks for any feedback

I think that stroker will have plenty of torque to move the car. If you drop your rear end gearing with a stock 4speed you will realise an uncomfortably high rpm at highway speeds in top gear. Either stick with the stock rear end gearing or go with a tremec 5 speed overdrive from Keisler.
