anybody nows what this is
tech 2 is giving code 61 - port throttle system error
this is a 1991 zr1
when engine is cold-everything is normal
when engine is warmed up -accelerating from 0 miles -motor is not responding on the throttle instandly-after a few second-motor is picking up to 4000 rpm in normal range and after 4000 rpm it is losing all the horsepower-at that point engine service soon light comes on. when you hook it up on the tech 2 computer it's giving the code 61.
code 61 is not in the operation manual
any idee's

There's two possible problems. Code 61 could mean your O2 sensor(s) are degraded and need to be replaced, or it could mean a part throttle error, which woudl mean your throttle position sensor has gone bad.
From the problem you're describing, I'd bet your throttle position sensor has gone bad. I've had similiar experiences with bad TPS sensors.
