Check oil and look for any water or mily color. If good,    pull all spark plugs and shoot in some engine oil. Get a fresh battery and try to turn the motor over with spark plugs out.  If it turns over ok, let it crank for about 30 sec and watch for oil pressure.
If all is good so far put in new plugs, drain all gas and blow out gas lines and new filter, new gas, new oil.
Do all this and then try to get it running, prime the carberator, see if it fires.
Any question please call.
