I have a hot wire going to pump when cranking the motor as Dave told me to do so just need to replace the fuel pump or is there anything else it coulld be thanks your any help Ron

Hello Ron
If there is 12 volts going to the fuel pump but there is no fuel pressure your car is out of gas or the pump is bad. I have at least one car a year towed to my shop that wont run and all thats wrong is its out of gas.

David, thanks for the help has a full tank of gas so will replace the fuel pump.
