My 82 corvette was running fine. I shut it off and a while later it will turn over but won't start. I sprayed starting fluid in the air cleaners and it tries to start. I replaced the fuel pump in the tank then the fuel pump relay behind the drivers seat and it still won't start.Could it be the ECM?

Did you change the fuel filter?
It could be a throttle position sensor problem.
