i just tuned up my 91 plugs,cap,rotor,wires,fuel filter,airfilter i haven't changed the pvc valve yet and im getting a little backfire any help car was running real rought and wouldn't stay idle  now that tuned it up it runs semi smooth i found a couple of vacume lines that were bad and changed them but no help yet    thanks any info would be helpful    

so, how did you get wrenches on that fuel filter to replace it, im having a lot more trouble than im sure i should be. but cant find the angle or maybe not using correct tool. combi wrenches is what ive been trying.
