AC control switch vacuum diagram

While restoring my AC control system on my 1981 vette, I discovered the vacuum control hoses were disconnected from the vacuum control switch. I cannot tell which hose goes to which port. I cannot find a clear diagram that helps me with this. I would appreciate some help in determing the location the black, green, tan and blue hoses hook up to the control switch.
