'70 vette.. 427 engine

A few month ago I purchased a '70 vette (complete). The car was in storage outside for 20 yrs. The car has a 427 engine. The engine has a casting # xxx321 and the heads are xxx840. I remember the deck carried the code IR. I'm in Iraq at the moment so I can't pull the exact #'s. Considering selling so my question is sell complete or part out. Ball park of $$$$$. The motor has been started sense purchase. Any suggestions welcome. Thanks.
