99 with Lingenfelter supercharger

Just bought this car with 15K original miles and its sweeeeeeeet!!Only maintenance done has been oil & filter changes. Question is, it came with Dex cool from the factory but only has 15K miles on it. Ling put a 160 degree thermostat on it. Since the Dexcool is 11 yrs old now, do I flush it and put something else in ? Havent heard anything good about the stuff but manuals say to use it. Thoughts or experiences ? Thanks in advance.
