the door has to be adjusted first...
check the amount of play there is in the door hinge pin bushings..
open the door about 6 inches... grab the door at the bottom ... see if it will lift any .. if you have play in the hinges.. they are replaceable.. sometimes... i have not checked... that you can take it apart and change the hinge pins and bushings..
the only article i found on rebuilding door hinges is for a mustang.. but a hinge is a hinge is a hinge... the text is short.. but it has great pictures... with text with each picture..

Wait a minute....hardtops don't make doors or windows stick, so you need to get to the root of the problem. If the door is properly adjusted (belt line is even with the fender and the quarter, front and rear gaps are even and parallel) then you have a mechanical problem with the window mechanism. First step is to remove the door panel and observe the door glass as it moves up and down. Note the position that the sticking occurs and look for an obstuction or binding that will cause this interference. I'll bet you dollars to donuts that your window regulator is tired, dry, and the rollers are all stuck in their current position. Take the regulator out and overhaul it, lubricate all the tracks, adjust the tracks and you'll be good to go.
