I have a 2 problems and need some advise!                                              First-- my passenger window quit working. Luckly when it was up. But anyway, I can hear a clicking when I push the control switch. I never had any problems with this window, always worked great. Ive checked the fuses, there good. Is there relays on these windows that the owners manual is not showing?
Second-- Has anybody delt with a sqeeky steering wheel. When its warm out it tends to go away, BUT when it cools off outside it gets fairly loud. The squeek kind of sounds like a seal rubbing against something. Ive tried shooting silicone spray down in between the steering wheel and the colom.
Any advise would be great.

I have had the same problem; I have tried everything short of pulling out the whole steering column.  I removed the steering wheel covers (top and bottom), clean the and re-lubed the tilt wheel bearing, lubed shaft bearing and clean and lubed the collar right behind the steering wheel itself AND IT STILL SQUEAKS, like a winey BITOCH!

i was reading up on this...  there have been various squeaks fixed...

several have been solved by lubing the horn contact button ... its on the turn signal switch inside the column...  the little brass button contacts the horn contact ring directly behind the lock plate..

other cars have had a squeak from the studs that stick down and pass through the little sliding adaptors in the column mount bracket...  oiling the studs under the head..   a little more grease on the sliders..

another place was the rubber boot where the column shaft passes through the firewall...     somebody opened up and lubed where the shaft passed through the rubber boot..

it will require some special tools to get the steering wheel off.. and the lock plate off.. so you can get to the turn signal switch horn contact button..

brass on brass when it's dry is going to squeak..

another person.. found the instrument cluster squeaked when you turned the wheel...

does the squeak change when you push down on the cluster and turn the wheel???
