i looked around.. but i cannot figure out what year your car is...

most corvettes have the oil pressure sender on the back of the block to the drivers side of the distributer... if there is one..

most have 3 wires...  one for the gauge.. 2 for the fuel pump.. power on one of the two and the fuel pump on the other..

it all depends on what year you have exactly...

most of the time.. you can buy a replacement sender at the parts store.. and buy or borrow a oil pressure sending switch socket..  you do not want to use pliers on them... you will create a leak...

you might want to be sure to blow off the area with compressed air.. then with brake cleaner. and more air..  before removing the sensor..

you might also want to make a small mess. disable the ignition system..  with the sender off..  crank the motor .. till the oil starts to pump out of the hole..   then screw the new sender in.. and clean the area after ...  not while the hole is open..    this lets any debris out of the passage under the sender.   you want to make sure the engine does not start before you take the sender out while you are cranking it..
