there are a bunch of fusible links in that one...
the power seat is probably a memory computerized seat control..
the door locks probably have problems also..
i only have easily accessed engine control info...
you could just have a second and third blown fusible link.. there are a bunch of them on that car..
you could have a bad circuit breaker..
you are going to need exact repair info to work through the diagnostics..
do you have a corvette service manual in print..
if not.. most of the info is available from eautorepair net.. or alldatadiy com
these two suppliers are actually MITCHELL.. the repair manual people.. and alldata.. a competing company who offers the factory repair info also..

i don't know what to say to the above..
i could say that hidden behind something is a secret switch to restore normal operation after the smoke gets let out of the wires...
i have fixed electrical problems before.. where the entire wiring harness burned up... the car owner did not think he needed a battery hold down.. use wrapped and twisted a coat hanger around the battery..
this was LONG before aftermarket harness sections were available..
it took me 3 weeks of junk yard searching.. junk yards to my north are 15 miles away.. junk yards to my south are 25 miles each way.. i made several trips each week... walking miles through the junk yards searching for the exact car.. finding several that had already been stripped... i finally found one.. a slight variant.. but i made everything work but the interior lights behind the front seats.. i had to completely rip the car apart to do this.. cut and splice where things were slightly different.. study the wiring diagrams to figure out how each circuit worked... so i could restore it to full function..
i went as far as installing a proper battery hold down clamp... i even cleaned the corrosion off the battery tray and properly painted it with black semi gloss epoxy ... so it looked perfect.. matched the rest of the engine bay..
the customer was delighted with the results.. payed me .. not nearly what time i had spent.. a friend had begged me to do this job for their friend.. so i did it... and did the best job i could do.. as i always do.. when ask to do it..
2 weeks later.. the car owner called me back.. said it burned up again.. and that i better get over and fix it right this time...
when i got there.. the entire harness was toast again.. just strands of bare burned copper wire.. how the whole car did not burn up????
when i looked at the battery hold down... it was gone.. replaced with a coat hanger.. i ask him why.. he said he had been using coat hanger for years to hold down batteries.. this never happened on any of his other cars... so i must have done it wrong.. fix it..
sorry... i don't work for the magazine.. i don't make any money answering questions on these forums.. i sometimes spend hours researching the info required to answer and help the owner or mechanic get the car fixed properly..
there are just somethings that have to be checked out in the repair manual.. hands ON..
i guess i did forget to mention that i DON'T have every vette repair manual ... and the two systems you mentioned.. are NOT covered in what drivability manuals i do have..
