do all the Removeable roofs on these cars Leak or will new rubber fix it ???
or is there some other trick ?

The weatherstripping could be deteriorated and/or the windows could be out of adjustment?
Contact a local Corvette club & see if they can help finding a mechanic who does this type of work.

Anytime you have an engine thats making good horse power and torque you will have those seals leak. Thats why back in the day of the Buick Gran-National they actually would pop the windows out. The chassis' would twist that much.
I also remember back in my day cars that made a decent amount of horse power and torque. Wherever the body panels were joined with lead, the cracks would show up along those body seams. I'll bet if you went through the expense of replacing all those seals, the new ones would start leaking in 6mos. to a year.
